This promotion is available to new** residential customers who subscribe to new Fioptics Internet service (400 Mbps to 3 Gbps) between November 2 to December 31, 2025. Eligible customers will receive a $50 e-gift card for subscribing to 400 Mbps, 600 Mbps, or 800 Mbps; a $100 e-gift card for subscribing to 1 Gbps; or a $200 e-gift card for subscribing to 3 Gbps; provided that monthly service rates must be at least $30 for 400 Mbps, $40 for 600 Mbps, $50 for 800 Mbps, $60 for 1 Gbps, and $100 for 3 Gbps. eBill is required to receive the full promotional discount. Customers' new subscription must remain active and in good standing for at least ninety (90) calendar days. After 90 days and upon successful completion of the rebate form, eligible customers will receive an email with digital reward code for the e-gift card from Prize Labs. The code will expire 11 months after it is sent. Hawaiian Telcom is not responsible for lost or expired codes. E-gift cards will be delivered via email only. Physical gift cards will not be mailed. Service must be installed by January 15, 2026, and rebate forms must be submitted by February 15, 2026.
