Phone Numbers Incorrectly Identified as Spam
In some cases, phone numbers that place a high volume of outbound calls—including customer service or outreach lines, may be mistakenly labeled as “Spam” by phone providers following the TRACED Act. When this occurs, your Caller ID may display labels such as “Spam,” “Telemarketing,” or similar, even though the calls are legitimate.
If you believe Hawaiian Telcom has incorrectly flagged your phone number as Spam, please submit a review request.
To request removal of a Spam flag from the called party’s provider, locate the appropriate provider below and submit your request through their designated website. If the provider is not listed, please visit the free caller registry website to register your number.
