Effective 12/31/2020, Business IP, Business All-in-One & Business Voice Essentials users will no longer be able to access the Broadsoft Call Manager Dialer. 
To manage Remote Office-Incoming Calls, Call Forwarding Always, Do Not Disturb, & Call History features, please use your Admin Portal. The Call Manager Remote Office-Outgoing Calls feature will no longer be available.  For info on using the Admin Portal or options for Remote Office-Outgoing Calls, visit hawaiiantel.com/remoteofficesupport

Bill Block Service: Hawaiian Telcom offers Bill Block service free of charge to prevent unauthorized, non-telecommunications charges on our business customer's bills.
