Business Phone

Business Phone Bundle promotion is available to new and existing business customers who bundle Business Phone service with Hawaiian Telcom Fioptics Internet at any speed tier and subscribe on a month-to-month agreement. The promotional offer is valid from August 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026, and all qualifying orders must be received no later than October 31, 2026. The promotion is not available for resale purposes. Existing Hawaiian Telcom Business Service customers with current or expired term agreements may convert to a new Business Phone Bundle agreement under this offer up to 60 days prior to the expiration of their existing agreement. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees. Hawaiian Telcom reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time; however, customers already subscribed to the promotion will continue to receive the promotional rate through the end of their promotional term commitment. Billing will occur in monthly increments, and rates and charges for Business Phone service will be based on the applicable promotional term commitment rates listed in Section 20C.2.2 of the Service and Rate Guide to Tariff 20. Early termination fees, as outlined in Section 20C.2.3, may apply.
