My Account - Registration

Learn how to register for My Account to view and pay your bill, check your email, manage your services from one central place.

To access the My Account registration, go to hawaiiantel.com/myaccount and click on the “Register Now” link.

Fill in your 15-digit Hawaiian Telcom Account Number which can be found on the top of your monthly invoice. Then select if this is a Residential Account or Business Account.

Fill in the field information to complete your registration.
Note: In the “Zip code” field, please use the following zip codes:
- Residential Customers use service address Zip code.
- Business Customers use billing address zip code.
If you have an international billing address, please call Customer Service at 643-4411 for assistance.
TIP: If you are uncertain what information you need to fill in, roll-over on the field and a pop-up window will help guide you.
