*Fioptics+ signal quality/range may vary depending on interference, obstructions, and home construction. If signal quality/range is insufficient, additional wiring may be required at an additional cost. A minimum of one Fioptics+ receiver is required per account. Fioptics internet with a minimum of 400Mbps is required to use Fioptics+ TV service. Hawaiian Telcom reserves the right to determine which customer owned devices are allowed to function. Streams are utilized and provisioned over your internet connection. Bandwidth may restrict the resolution and the number of concurrent TV streams delivered to your home, impacting the number of programs a customer can watch simultaneously. Content available through advanced features like out-of-home viewing, Catchup, Start Over, and Cloud DVR may not be available for all channels or programs due to content rights from the content provider. Fast forwarding may be disabled on some shows, and the number of simultaneous streams will also vary based on the content provider. Cloud DVR requires a subscription to a Cloud DVR storage tier. Recordings for Cloud DVR may be retained for up to 365 days, depending on the tier subscribed.
