My Account - Update Expired Credit Card
Credit/Debit card expiration date:
When a ‘saved’ credit card on file is going to expire, an email is sent to update the expiration date.
Go to
hawaiiantel.com/myaccount
and log in.
Click on the Billing tab.
To update the expiration date on an expired credit/debit payment account – select the Payment Methods tab.
Click the ‘Edit’ link to update the expiration date.
Enter the new expiration date and click ‘'Save Credit/Debit Card Information.'
Your new expiration date will be displayed.
