Special Announcements


Upcoming Service Maintenance Window: On November 8, Hawaiian Telcom will be performing equipment upgrades in various locations on Oahu. The work will be performed during our regularly scheduled maintenance window from midnight to 4 am. The upgrades should be seamless for our customers, however there may a disruption in your service for up to 90 minutes during the maintenance window. If your service is not working after the maintenance window is over, unplug your equipment for 1 minute then plug it back in to reset it. If this does not resolve the issue, please call 643-6111 for assistance.




Bill Block Service: Hawaiian Telcom offers Bill Block service free of charge to prevent unauthorized, non-telecommunications charges on our business customer's bills.
