The FBI recently issued a public alert about malware that targets routers commonly used in small businesses and homes. The devices that Hawaiian Telcom currently deploys as part of our High-Speed Internet service are not susceptible to the VPNFilter vulnerability. Hawaiian Telcom provides regular security updates to our equipment to protect our customers from threats. If you would like to manually reset/reboot your router, click here for instructions. Online Billing Email Address Change:
Starting February 8, 2018 emails regarding Hawaiian Telcom Online Billing will be sent from onlinebilling@hawaiiantel.csgipe.com. In the past, these emails were generated from onlinebilling@hawaiiantel.com. This change will affect all email notifications regarding your monthly invoices, automatic bill payments and billing profile updates.


Bill Block Service: Hawaiian Telcom offers Bill Block service free of charge to prevent unauthorized, non-telecommunications charges on our business customer's bills.
