Who can participate in the Hawaiian Telcom Referral Program?
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and meets the program eligibility requirements may participate. Referrals can be submitted for both residential and business services. You do not need to be a current Hawaiian Tel customer to participate.

How do I submit a referral?
Visit
hawaiiantel.com/refer and complete the registration form to receive your unique referral link.
For residential referrals, simply share your referral link with friends and family. When they sign up for qualifying services using your link, your referral will be automatically tracked.
For business referrals, submit the business name and contact information through the referral form. The referral will be routed to the appropriate Hawaiian Telcom sales representative for follow-up.
You will receive a confirmation email once your referral has been successfully submitted.

What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when the referred customer purchases qualifying Hawaiian Telcom fiber internet, completes installation, and remains in good standing for at least 30 days. Rewards are issued only after all program requirements have been met and the referral has been verified.

What rewards do I receive for a successful referral?
For each successful residential referral, both the referrer and the referred customer will receive a $50 digital gift card. For each successful business referral, both the referrer and the referred business customer will receive a $100 digital gift card. Rewards are subject to the program's terms and conditions.

When and how will I receive my reward?
Rewards are typically issued via email within 30 days after the referred customer has completed installation and satisfied all program requirements. Gift cards are delivered electronically through Tango, allowing recipients to choose from a variety of popular gift card brands.
