Hawaiian Telcom is upgrading the telecommunications network serving your area to 100% fiber-optic technology. If you currently receive service over copper facilities, you will need to transition to the new fiber network to maintain service after the upgrade is completed. There is no cost to you for this transition, but an installation appointment is required. Please contact Hawaiian Telcom to schedule your appointment.
