FAQs:
1. Why is Hawaiian Telcom doing price increases?
Hawaiian Telcom is committed to investing in network and system upgrades that enhance our customers' entertainment and communications experience. The Price adjustments will allow us to cover the increasing costs of doing business in 2026, while continuing to provide critical services to our customers.
2. My service (Frame Relay, and DSL Transport) used to be on a term, and was converted to Month-to-Month in May 2025, will my service remain on month-to-month?
Yes, Hawaiian Telcom will continue your current service on a month-to-month term and rate instead. This will allow you to continue benefiting from the latest promotion for your service.
3. My service (ATM, Frame Relay, and DSL Transport) is part of a ICB contract currently in term, will my account be impacted?
ICB contracts will in effect are excluded from this price increase. However, Grandfathering of the product will still apply.
4. How does the grandfathering of the products impact my services?
ATM, Frame Relay and DSL Transport services are grandfathered, and will remain as is. Disconnecting activity is allowed, however, changes to the service such as adds or moves cannot be accommodated.
5. Are there any alternative products for Frame Relay, DSL Transport or ATM services? ?
