2. Why is my ISDN PRI service being put on a new term?
To ensure you continue to receive the best rate for your service, rather than migrating you to a standard service rate, per the Service and Rate Guide PUC Tariff 20., Hawaiian Telcom may put you on the newest promo offering available instead. This will allow you to continue benefiting from the latest promotion for your service.
3. Why is my Centrex Biz Plus or Business Choice Connect service being put on a Month-to-Month term?
Your current Centrex Biz Plus or Business Choice Connect promo has expired. Rather than migrating you to a standard rate for service, you will be moved to a month-to-month Centrex Biz Plus promo rate at $37.99 per line.
4. Do I have the ability to select another term or promotion prior to the 12/1/25 price update for my service (Centrex Biz Plus, Business Choice Connect, and/or ISDN PRI)?
Yes, out of term expired contract(s) for these services (Centrex Biz Plus, Business Choice Connect, and/or ISDN PRI) may be renewed on current promotions available or other termed promotion offers prior to 12/1/25. If no action is taken prior to 12/1/25, your service will automatically be re-contracted to the updated pricing or promotion listed above. 5. My service (Digital Private Line, Frame Relay, and DSL Transport) used to be on a term, and was converted to Month-to-Month in May 2025, will my service remain on month-to-month?
To certify you continue to receive uninterrupted service, rather than migrating you to a standard service rate and offering, we will continue your current service on a month-to-month term and rate instead. This will allow you to continue benefiting from the latest promotion for your service.
