To take advantage of this discount, please present proof of military service (CAC Card, DD214 (with picture ID), Veteran’s ID, or Driver’s License with military service indicator) at any Hawaiian Telcom retail store. Military Discount Terms & Conditions: Available to verified Active Duty Military, Veterans, Military Retirees, National Guard Members, and Reservists. Valid proof of military status is required at enrollment. Hawaiian Telcom account holder name must match the name of the eligible service member. Eligible customers will receive a $5.00 monthly bill credit. Offer available only on qualifying residential Hawaiian Telcom accounts and is not available for business accounts. Limit one (1) Military Discount per eligible service member and per qualifying account. The Military Discount may be combined with certain promotions and discounts; however, some offers cannot be combined. Eligibility to combining offers will be determined at the time of enrollment. The discount will remain on the account as long as the customer maintains an active qualifying account and continues to meet eligibility requirements. The discount is non-transferable and may not be applied to accounts not in the eligible service member's name. Services are not available in all areas and are subject to service qualification and final confirmation. Taxes, governmental fees, surcharges, installation charges, activation fees, equipment charges, premium services, and other non-recurring charges are excluded. No cash value.
