Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scheme that offers fictitious job opportunities to unsuspecting recipients. It is often carried out through online services such as fake websites or emails claiming to be from the company with the goal of obtaining money or personal / financial information.
These fraudulent solicitations, which do not originate from Hawaiian Telcom, may ask recipients to download software, purchase certain equipment or pay a fee to start the company’s hiring process.
Hawaiian Telcom will never ask you to download software, purchase equipment, or pay a fee to explore employment opportunities with our company. In addition, our recruiting emails will come from a @hawaiiantel.com address and will never originate from gmail.com, yahoo.com, or other commercial email services.
If you have questions, please email HT.Recruitment@hawaiiantel.com.
