A supplement LSR is defined as a modification or cancel action of a previously submitted LSR, whether the LSR isHawaiian Telcom Addedpending or confirmed. The LSR will have the same PON number as the original submission, with incremental version. Ifthe pending order is already complete, then a separate request utilizing a new PON and version must be sent, instead ofa supplemental LSR. |
