HBO & Broadcast TV Negotiations Update November 19, 2015 Hawaiian Telcom is currently in broadcast retransmission consent negotiations with KGMB (CBS), KHNL (NBC) and KFVE corporate owner Raycom. We’re negotiating hard for lower retransmission fees so we can reduce the impact of fees on our Hawaiian Telcom TV customers' bills. We continue to do all we can to prevent a blackout of KGMB (CBS), KHNL (NBC) and KFVE.
