Hawaiian Telcom will be upgrading its High Speed Internet network in Moanalua and Waikiki areas on the island of Oahu. The maintenance work will take place on September 8 at 12:05 AM.  High Speed Internet, Direct Internet Access, Business All In One, Routed Network Service, Enhanced IP Data Services customers will be affected by this network upgrade and may experience a service outage of approximately 30 minutes. Customers should reboot their CPE if their service is not operating after the network activity. If service is still not working after 6:00 AM, customers should call CARE at 643-4375.
