Hawaiian Telcom Becomes Authorized Sony Reseller - Two Sony PlayStation 3s Will Be Given Away for Christmas
HONOLULU – Hawaiian Telcom today announced that the company has been named an authorized Sony reseller, and Sony products are now available for purchase at the eight Hawaiian Telcom retail stores statewide.
The product selection, which will vary by store, includes digital cameras and camcorders, MP3 players and DVD players/recorders.
“Sony Hawaii is excited to have Hawaiian Telcom as our newest consumer electronics reseller in Hawaii,” said Don Kim, President-Sony Hawaii Company. “Their retail stores will offer convenience, network services and brand names like Sony. We look forward to having them as part of our family of dealers.”
Sony products complement Hawaiian Telcom’s High-Speed Internet service. Additional categories of consumer electronics products will be added to the stores’ inventories over time.

For the holidays, Hawaiian Telcom will give away two Sony PlayStation 3s (one 20GB and one 60GB). Entrants, who are Hawaii residents age 18 and older, may enter online via Hawaiian Telcom’s website at http://hawaiiantel.com/.
Hawaiian Telcom has also extended its High-Speed Internet promotion of $9.99/month for the first three months through the end of the year. This includes downloads of up to up to 3.0 Mb, free modem and Internet Security, personal web site with up to 100 MB of storage, 10 e-mail accounts and local technical support available 24 by 7.
