HAWAIIAN TELCOM REORGANIZATION

Hawaiian Telcom has filed a schedule of all known creditors and the amount the Company believes each creditor is owed. If you appear on the schedules and agree with the scheduled claim amount, you do not need to do anything and your claim will be paid under the terms of the Company's yet to be filed Plan of Reorganization. If you do not appear on the schedules, or if you disagree with the scheduled amount of your claim, then you must submit a claim. If you have not received a claim form in the mail, you may use the claim form found on this page. The deadline for filing claims, known as the Bar Date, is April 27, 2009.
Instructions for filing a claim can be found on the proof of claim form.

Claim forms should be sent to:
U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii
1132 Bishop Street, Suite 250L
Honolulu, HI 96813

Upon reconciliation of all claims and if the Company determines you have a valid claim, your claim will be treated as described in the Plan of Reorganization. No plan has been filed or approved by the Court at this time, so we cannot say how creditors will be treated. This is not legal advice, and Hawaiian Telcom cannot assist you in filing out your claim form, you may want to consult an attorney if legal assistance is required.

If you have additional questions regarding this process you may call the Hawaiian Telcom Reorganization hotline at 888-733-1409.
