HT Remote Managed Services

Hawaiian Telcom’s Managed Services provides proactive monitoring to detect network degradation for conditions such as power fluctuations or link saturation. This allows for corrective action to be taken before a device or link actually fails. Upon detection of a communications failure, Hawaiian Telcom will perform extensive diagnostics tests to isolate and resolve issues, and if necessary, escalate to the manufacturer in accordance with agreed upon procedures.

Network Operations Center (NOC)

The Hawaiian Telcom Network Operations Center (NOC), located in downtown Oahu, is a state-of-the-art facility offering end-to-end network surveillance and monitoring. The NOC provides end-to-end continuous network surveillance paired with rapid response and resolution.
