The five managed service offerings are available via three service tiers… Fault Service, Performance Service, and a Full Service Tier. You select the tier that best meets your needs.
Fault Service Tier
· Proactive monitoring of customer’s network
· Immediate notification when a critical alarm occurs
· Provides response within 30 minutes on all critical alarms
· Continual polling of your network to ensure system health
· 8x5 or 24x7 service coverage.
Performance Service Tier
· Includes benefits of the Fault Service Tier, but also includes
· Performance Network reports with Executive Overviews for review of CPU, Memory and Interface utilization, to help optimize your network.
Full Service Tier
· Includes benefits of both Fault Service and the Performance Service Tiers, and includes
· Detailed trending analysis, as well as
· Provides recommendation and implementation of solutions for CPE network optimization.
