Hawaiian Telcom Centrex subscribers who are on an existing term agreement may convert to a new Centrex Biz Plus agreement under the terms of this bundle offer as early as 60 days before expiration of the Customer’s current agreement. Hawaiian Telcom Centrex Biz Plus subscribers who are currently on an existing term agreement may renew that agreement under the terms of this bundle offer as early as 60 days before expiration of the Customer’s current agreement. Hawaiian Telcom customers who have an existing Business Choice bundle are bound by the term agreements of the their qualifying services. All other Terms & Conditions of PUC Tariff 20, Section 15 apply to Centrex Biz Plus voice services. All other Terms & Conditions of Business High Speed Internet services apply.
