The FBI recently issued a public alert about malware that targets routers commonly used in small businesses and homes. The devices that Hawaiian Telcom currently deploys as part of our High-Speed Internet service are not susceptible to the VPNFilter vulnerability. Hawaiian Telcom provides regular security updates to our equipment to protect our customers from threats. If you would like to manually reset/reboot your router, click here for instructions.
