Walter A. Dods Jr. is chairman of the board, First Hawaiian Bank, a subsidiary of BancWest Corporation, a $74-billion bank holding company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired as chief executive officer of BancWest on December 31, 2004. BancWest's major subsidiaries are First Hawaiian Bank in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan; and Bank of the West in California and 15 other Western and Midwestern states. Raymond Ranelli
Raymond Ranelli was formerly the Senior Client Services Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for the tri-state area of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland until his retirement in 2003. Prior to that appointment, he served as Global Leader of financial advisory services of PricewaterhouseCoopers, a $1.3 billion business operating in 20 countries with 7,000 employees. In 1994, he was named Vice Chairman of FAS operations for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States. Mr. Ranelli is also a director of United Surgical Partners International, United Components, Inc., and Centennial Communications Corp. |

Eric K. Yeaman - President and CEO
Eric Yeaman joined Hawaiian Telcom as President and Chief Executive Officer on June 16, 2008. Mr. Yeaman was formerly Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO) where he was responsible for the leadership of it’s day-to-day Oahu operations, energy solutions, public affairs, financial and administrative process areas. Mr. Yeaman joined Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (HEI), HECO’s parent company, in January 2003 as Financial Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. At HEI, he oversaw the controller, treasury, investor relations, corporate tax, information technology functions and enterprise risk management functions. more>> |

Alan Oshima, Senior Advisor
From April 2005 through June 2008, Mr. Oshima served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company. In that role, he was also responsible for oversight of many of the administrative services of the Company. On May 6, 2008, Mr. Oshima was elected to the Board of Directors.
