Walter A. Dods Jr. is chairman of the board, First Hawaiian Bank, a subsidiary of BancWest Corporation, a $74-billion bank holding company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired as chief executive officer of BancWest on December 31, 2004. BancWest's major subsidiaries are First Hawaiian Bank in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan; and Bank of the West in California and 15 other Western and Midwestern states. Eric K. Yeaman - President and CEO
Eric Yeaman joined Hawaiian Telcom as President and Chief Executive Officer on June 16, 2008. Mr. Yeaman was formerly Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO) where he was responsible for the leadership of it’s day-to-day Oahu operations, energy solutions, public affairs, financial and administrative process areas. Mr. Yeaman joined Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (HEI), HECO’s parent company, in January 2003 as Financial Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Alan Oshima, Senior Advisor
From April 2005 through June 2008, Mr. Oshima served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company. In that role, he was also responsible for oversight of many of the administrative services of the Company. On May 6, 2008, Mr. Oshima was elected to the Board of Directors.
