Hawaiian Telcom Opens Retail Store in Kapolei Shopping Center
Hawaiian Telcom opened a store in the Kapolei Shopping Center (94-590 Farrington Highway) on June 4th. Darlene Dumloa-Llacuna has been named store manager and Cheryl Sasaki as assistant manager. Both Darlene and Cheryl have more than 10 years of experience in retail sales/customer service and are residents of Kapolei.
“We’re excited to serve the needs of the growing West Oahu community,” said Sue Berk, Executive Director – Retail Stores and Sales Operations Support. “The Kapolei store is designed with a display area to showcase our total communications vision, connecting you to your world through Hawaiian Telcom products and services.”
In addition to a wide variety of telecommunications products and services, such as High-Speed Internet, wireless phones and accessories and the “Hurricane Kit Essential” basic cord telephone, all Hawaiian Telcom retail stores stock Sony products, including digital cameras, camcorders, MP3 players and DVD players and recorders.
PC Magazine recently named Hawaiian Telcom High-Speed Internet service as Hawaii’s “best bet.” The magazine’s survey results found Hawaiian Telcom High-Speed Internet is about 25% faster than the cable competitor.
Congratulations to Ronalyn Parslar of West Oahu who was the lucky winner of a Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) at the store’s grand opening on June 16th.
