Hawaiian Telcom Earns “Cisco Gold” Status for Internet and Networking Expertise

HONOLULU – Cisco Systems has selected Hawaiian Telcom as a Cisco Gold Certified partner, the companies announced today.

This elite designation means Hawaiian Telcom has met the rigorous requirements to become a Gold Certified Partner. Hawaiian Telcom now provides 24x7 technical services as well as a one-hour response time for problem resolution and four-hour response time for on-site support of Cisco-based products and services.

To maintain this elite status, Hawaiian Telcom’s team will be audited annually to ensure they consistently deliver industry-leading support and maintain Cisco’s rigorous standards for network expertise and support capabilities.
