Geoff Loui, Senior Vice President – Strategy and Marketing
Geoff Loui is responsible for the strategy and marketing of Hawaiian Telcom’s products and services. His role includes leadership of strategic planning efforts, development of new products and services, and oversight of marketing operations and process improvement to deliver revenue growth to Hawaiian Telcom. He joined the company in August 2008.
Mr. Loui has an extensive background in technology development and business operations that includes 14 years in Boeing Satellite Systems and Hughes Electronics. His roles included product manager, leading the development of new customer solutions, and director of operations, managing a 24/7 production line.
Prior to joining Hawaiian Telcom, Mr. Loui was a director for Archstone Consulting, a leading strategy and operations advisory firm where he led market research, developed strategic plans and negotiated wireline and wireless contracts for Fortune 1000 firms.
Mr. Loui was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Punahou School in 1985. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University; a Master of Science degree from Stanford University and an MBA (with honors) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
