Need Help Setting up your new email?
Customers using Outlook Express can download and run our Hawaiian Telcom Automatic Email Configuration Tool.

Or, please visit our email support pages for detailed instructions on how to set up your email managers manually.

If you were formally a Verizon DSL or Verizon Dial-up customer or you established a new Verizon DSL or Dial-up account between March 15th - 31st, 2006 your email has automatically been changed (i.e. from joesample@verizon.net to joesample@hawaiiantel.net).

You may access your new email account through mail.hawaiiantel.net. Login with your username and existing Verizon password.

PLEASE NOTE: If you log into mail.hawaiiantel.net you will only need to provide the first portion of your email. That is, if your email is joesample@hawaiiantel.net you will only need to provide joesample as a username. Domain Name Email (DNE) customers need to log into their own email server. Instead of mail.hawaiiantel.net you would go to mail.yourdomain.net. Example, if your email address is kai@surfco.com you would go to mail.surfco.com and login with only kai.

If you require detailed instructions on how to convert your accounts please choose from the software list below:

Should you have further questions regarding your email account or require assistance in setting the accounts up manually please either write us at support@hawaiiantel.net or call us at 808.643.4DSL (643-4375).
