To access and set up the greetings in your new mailbox after your upgrade date:

1. Call the new statewide access number 643-MAIL (6245).
2. Enter your PIN.
3. You can now manage your voicemail via the web at: vm.hawaiiantel.com!

Press 4 then follow the instructions to set up your new greeting.
