Online Billing - Update an expired Credit Card for Automatic Bill Pay
Go to hawaiiantel.com/myaccount and log in.
- From the Welcome page, click “View & Pay Bill” within the “Billing Information” section.
- You will first need to remove the old credit card from your Automatic Billpay Preferences. To do that, on the “Overview” tab click on the “Remove” link. Our system does not allow you to make edits to the Payment Account used for Automatic Bill Pay. Edits can be made after Automatic Bill Pay is removed. You may add Automatic Bill Pay back to your account after your Payment Account edits are complete.
Note: If you receive an error message, Automatic Bill Pay was likely set up by Hawaiian Telcom through a mail in form. Please call 643-3456 to request removal of your Automatic Bill Pay.
- Click “Continue” to confirm removal of Automatic Bill Pay.
- You will then need to add or update your new credit card information. To do that, click on the “Payment Accounts” tab, and select the Payment Account that needs to be updated. All Payment Accounts you have on file will be listed here.
- You will see your existing account information. Make edits to the Credit Card information section as needed, then click “Update Account”.
- You will now need to re-enroll to Automatic Billpay. To do that, go to the “Overview” tab, and click “Enroll Now” under “Billing Preferences”.
- Under “Select Payment Method”, use the drop down to choose the Saved Account that you saved your new credit card information then click “Next”.
- Read the Terms and Conditions and click the “I Accept” box, then click “Next”.
- You’ll receive confirmation by email that Automatic Bill Pay is setup.
