Q: How do I tune to a channel from MultiView?
A: MultiView allows users to preview up to 3 channels at the same time. To view a program in full-screen, simply highlight the desired program and press “OK” on your Remote Control.
Q: Why are channels not displaying in MY FAVORITES?
A: The MY FAVORITES category displays channels you’ve added to your Favorites. To add Favorites, press Menu on your remote and select “Favorites” under “Live TV”. Networks that are only available in HD, music and apps such as What's New are not compatible with MultiView.
Q: Only my Favorite channels are displaying in the MultiView app. How do I see the rest of my lineup?
A: Your Guide view is set to MY FAVORITES. You know your Guide view is set to My Favorites when only select channels are shown in the on screen Guide, instead of the entire Hawaiian Telcom channel lineup. Press the ZOOM button on your remote and change Favorites list to ALL CHANNELS. Learn how to add channels to MY FAVORITES.
Q: Does Parental Controls work with the MultiView app?
A: Yes, all Parental Controls work with the MultiView app. Channels and/or programs that are blocked by the set top box will appear as a blue tattoo screen in the MultiView app.
Q: Is the MultiView app available for all Hawaiian Telcom TV customers?
A: Yes, the MultiView app is available for all Hawaiian Telcom TV subscribers. Channels displayed in MultiView are based on the package and channels you subscribe to. You will see a black screen for channels you do not subscribe to.
Q: What does the bar above the channel information represent?
A: The progress bar allows you to quickly recognize how much a program has progressed and helps you to decide whether to tune into the remainder of the program or to view another program.
