CONSUMER INFORMATION
Long distance services are subject to service agreements and posted Rates, Terms and Conditions. Universal Service Fund surcharge, and other fees and taxes apply. Available only to residential customers; may not be available in all areas or on all lines. Charges for direct-dialed international long distance calls will vary depending on usage and/or calling plan.
Hawaiian Telecom Long Distance charges a Premium termination fee to recover the fees many foreign telecommunications companies impose for terminating calls they designated as premium (e.g., calls to mobile numbers, satellite calls, calls to chat lines and calls to 900 numbers). Premium termination fees may range from 2¢ per minute to 40¢ per minute and are in addition to the rate for international calls to non-premium numbers.
Calling to certain destinations may be temporarily blocked without prior notice if Hawaiian Telecom deems it necessary to prevent unlawful or fraudulent use of its services.

If the Customer uses the Plan for non-Residential voice calling purposes, including but not limited to auto dialing; call forwarding of long distance calls; calls to 900/9xx numbers, chat lines, conferencing, porn lines, online services, or internet access services; data calls; resale; telemarketing; or any commercial or business use such as commercial facsimile, the Company may suspend, restrict or cancel the Customer’s service, subject to applicable notice requirements.
My World International with City Rates rate displayed is for direct-dialed calls and will be charged based on Country and City Code.
The International Flat Rate plan does not offer discounts on international calling card or operator-assisted calls.
