WE'RE ALMOST HOME!
When we started Hawaiian Telcom last May, we promised to bring this company back to the islands so we could better serve the people of Hawai’i. In the months since then, we have been building a brand new business support platform, developing new products and services, hiring the best local talent and pursuing other important initiatives -– all to serve you better.
Our new business support systems begin going live on April 1, 2006. This means we will transition from Verizon’s business support systems to become a fully independent provider. We will do everything we can to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible for you.
Please know that any disruption – such as longer hold times when you call our customer contact centers - will only be temporary.
There will be a slight transition period for online services and account management from April 1-30, 2006. Services that will need customer attention are as follows:
The people of Hawaiian Telcom are working hard to create the kind of company that you expect and deserve, a company that offers:
- Great rates.
- Innovative services.
- Locally based management and tech support centers.
What about your high-speed Internet and landline phone services?
No worries. After April 1, your phone number and landline services will remain the same as they were before.
Online payments and other online account management options will be made available in the near future to both business and residential customers. If you have questions about payments, our contact number will remain the same: 643-3456 (Residential) or 643-4411 (Business).
Our ultimate goal is to keep you connected to your world. Any time you want. Any way you choose. Anywhere you find yourself. That's our commitment to you.
