PLEASE NOTE: Hawaiian Telcom Announces Subex’s Ranger for Fraud Monitoring and Detection System. As part of our separation from Verizon business support systems, we have chosen the Subex’s Ranger System for Fraud Monitoring and Detection. This system implementation will be one more step for us in implementing our own business support systems to better serve our customers in Hawai’i.
