Does Hawaiian Telcom offer Integrated Access, data and voice through one connection?
Yes. Hawaiian Telcom offers a flexible, customizable package of the services you need to consolidate your data, Internet, local and long distance calling on one high-speed line. Called Integrated Access, this combination of services provides a channelized T-1 transport service (Flexgrow), with local and long distance voice access and Hawaiian Telcom Online Dedicated Internet Access. Enhanced Flexgrow's channelized T-1 has twenty-four 64 Kbps channels and provides a direct T-1 connection to Hawaiian Telcom's Central Office. It can be configured to carry voice, data and Internet access in a way that fits your specific business requirements. What other transport services does Hawaiian Telcom offer and how do they compare?
Hawaiian Telcom has a number of transport services to meet your service needs. Two key broadband products offered are Private Line T-1 and Frame Relay. What is the difference between Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service?
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Internet Access and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) are both high-speed options for accessing the Internet. High-Speed Business Internet Access works through a modem connected to an office PC to create a digital signal along a standard phone line to the Internet Service Provider (ISP). It is an affordable dedicated Internet connection, because it is typically used over your existing phone line. It gives you the ability to talk and access the Internet at the same time. DIA provides high-speed Internet connections from your business location to an Internet POP using Private Line T-1, Frame Relay, ATM or other data connectivity products. With a 99.9% uptime guarantee, DIA is ideal for customers who believe guaranteed reliability is critical to the success of their business. The best solution depends on the unique requirements of your business.

What is the difference between Single Bit High Rate Digital Subscriber Line (SHDSL) and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)?
Single Bit High Rate Digital Subscriber Line (SHDSL) and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) are both high-speed options for accessing the Internet. SHDSL is a premium version of DSL that offers symmetrical downstream and upstream speeds up to 1.5Mbps. Unlike DSL, SHDSL is provided on a separate data-only line so the customer's voice solution is not tied to the data line allowing more flexibility to adapt to voice solutions that support business changes without impact to data service. SHDSL uses VBRnrt technology so data packets are given transmission priority over ADSL when network congestion occurs. SHDSL is ideal for customers transmitting mission critical data or large files, hosting email or web servers, and/or utilizing video surveillance or video conferencing applications.
