Our Network
Because your wireless service is a key part of your business we’ve developed a hybrid network that offers you the State’s most reliable and extensive coverage. Hawaiian Telcom’s statewide network is used to originate, transport or terminate nearly all your wireless traffic in Hawai‘i. For the “last mile” portion of your wireless calls, we’ve partnered with Sprint PCS to provide wireless service in Hawai‘i and everywhere Sprint PCS serves. In addition, our nationwide digital and analog roaming agreement with Verizon Wireless provides you with wireless coverage even in areas where Sprint PCS does not. This network design gives you a seamless experience and we manage and control all aspects of your service including activation, customer support and billing.
Using this approach also allows us to provide convergent services that combine features of both wireless and wireline networks. Which means we’re able to deliver value-added features and capabilities that no other company can.

- Wireless Voice Services Plans can fit any company’s unique needs. Shared Minute Plans provide you with a pool of minutes your wireless users can share. Anytime Minute Plans give you the opportunity to give each user a “bucket” of minutes, which can be used at any time in the month. For companies with fewer total minute requirements, our Flat Rate Minute Plans offer an innovative way for a business to pay for only the minutes used.
