We offer four PerfectPack Voice Service plans allowing you a cost-effective solution to getting the features you need. All plans include one bill for your local and long distance charges and provide discounted rates for multi-year service agreements.
• Hawaiian Telcom Centrex^SM and Centrex Biz Plus^SM – Hawaiian Telcom offers a feature-rich, expandable telephone service that takes care of new technology implementation throughout the network, so you can focus on growing your business. Multiple options connect office phones in a seamless network easily and efficiently. Each station has direct-line access and starts with cutting edge switching center equipment housed at the central office. Delivered by the Hawaiian Telcom 100% digital network, your business can rely on optimum call quality from start to finish. Hawaiian Telcom Centrex gives you all the telephony capabilities you need without the cost of an entire key or PBX (Private Branch eXchange) system. To make sure you get the system you need, our flexible pricing structure lets you determine the length of your service commitment. Plus, a comprehensive range of outsourcing options allows you to decide how much or how little of your communications system you want Hawaiian Telcom to manage.
• ISDN Services – Hawaiian Telcom’s Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) offers high-quality switched voice or data services with two access levels to suit your business needs. ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) provides two channels into the Hawaiian Telcom switched network that can be used for either digitized voice or data calls. ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) supports up to 23 channels for businesses with greater capacity requirements. ISDN-compatible premise equipment, such as a PBX or Key System, is required to utilize these services.
• Conference Connections – Hawaiian Telcom Conference Connections allows you to conduct phone meetings instantly and securely. This service requires only an initial registration – once users are assigned their Chairperson PIN and Participant PIN, they are able to use Conference Connections at anytime. To set up a meeting, the chairperson simply provides the dial-in phone number and Participant PIN to all meeting participants. Hawaiian Telcom offers both a local and toll-free call-in number. Conference Connections is easy to use and flexible. Plus, there’s no monthly recurring fee – you only pay for what you use.
• Voicemail - Voicemail provides businesses a professional, reliable system ensuring callers never hear a busy signal or endless ringing. Hawaiian Telcom Voicemail can answer your calls while you’re away from your phone or on another call.
