Proactive monitoring to detect network degradation conditions such as power fluctuations or link saturation before a device or link actually fails and to take appropriate corrective action based upon the conditions. Upon detection of a communications failure, Hawaiian Telcom will perform extensive diagnostics tests to isolate and resolve issues, and if necessary, escalate to the manufacturer in accordance with agreed upon procedures.

Three Service Tiers Available

Fault Service Tier

  • Hawaiian Telcom provides immediate notification when a critical alarm occurs.
  • Provides response within 30 minutes on all critical alarms.
  • Continual polling of your network to ensure system health.
  • Service is based on your maintenance contract. Can be 8x5 or 24x7.

Performance Service Tier

  • Includes Fault Level Service Tier.
  • Provides response within 30 minutes on all critical alarms.
  • Performance Network reports with Executive Overviews are provided for review of CPU, Memory and Interface utilization to optimize your network.
