This includes all enterprise firewall platforms that can report back to Hawaiian Telcom’s Security Operations Center (SOC). A dedicated connection or tunnel is setup between customer's premise and the Hawaiian Telcom SOC, where security analysts have monitoring and management capabilities over the customer’s firewall.
