Surveillance and Monitoring
Hawaiian Telcom can monitor your network allowing you to concentrate on your core business. Our staff of network engineers provides round-the-clock monitoring and surveillance. Plus, if there’s an issue that can’t be fixed remotely, we’ll send a certified technician to you.
Reporting
The NOC provides comprehensive performance analysis reporting via email to our clients on a monthly basis; and for your convenience, customers can access, via a web portal, their detailed performance reports on a real-time basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
