You are not authorized to use any Hawaiian Telcom name or mark in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of the appropriate Hawaiian Telcom entity. Offer subject to confirmation of business customer’s eligibility.  Existing customers adding services to qualify for the bundle discount remain subject to existing term agreements and dates.  Discounts terminate upon customer’s discontinuance of any of the services comprising the bundle.  All terms and conditions specific to each bundled service, including but not limited to tariff, contractual and/or service standard provisions, remain in effect.  Hawaiian Telcom reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time, without advance notice.  Standard terms and termination liabilities (i.e., under tariff for Centrex and POTS feature packages) apply.  Hawaiian Telcom may suspend, restrict, or cancel customer’s services, or adjust charges appropriately, if customer uses any bundled service for prohibited purposes as set forth in applicable tariff and/or acceptable provisions applicable to the service.
