Online Billing Maintenance:
Hawaiian Telcom Online Billing will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on the evening of January 18 at 7pm for approximately 3 hours. During this time, customers will not be able to log-in to Online Billing, view bills or make payments.

Marco Polo Residents: The entire Hawaiian Telcom ohana offers our deepest sympathies to those affected by the recent events at Marco Polo.  For Marco Polo residents who are Hawaiian Telcom customers, we’d like to offer support and assistance with regards to your Hawaiian Telcom service(s).  Please call us at 643-3456 (Residential) or 643-4411 (Business) and let us know how we can help; especially with replacing damaged equipment and/or call forwarding assistance.

Bill Block Service: Hawaiian Telcom offers Bill Block service free of charge to prevent unauthorized, non-telecommunications charges on our business customer's bills.
