Craig Inouye, Senior Vice President - Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Craig Inouye is in charge of business sales, retail stores, wireless, customer contact centers, public communications, equipment sales and wholesale markets at Hawaiian Telcom.

Mr. Inouye joined the company in July 2008 after working at Sun Innovation Holding, LTD, where he served as Director. Mr. Inouye also worked at iBasis Inc. as Vice President for Asia/Pacific and established regional sales offices and switching centers in Japan, China, and Singapore, as well as a network operations center in Hong Kong to monitor the region. He also previously served as Vice President – Asia for WorldxChange.

Mr. Inouye began his career in telecommunications as a student intern at GTE Hawaiian Tel where he worked for more than a decade. He started in Mobile Communications Sales for wireless phones and pagers, was promoted to Director of Carrier Services and then to Regional Director of International Relations.

Mr. Inouye is a graduate of Kaiser High School. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
