Yvonne Yanagihara Goss Joins Hawaiian Telcom as Retail Sales Manager

HONOLULU – Yvonne Yanagihara Goss has joined Hawaiian Telcom as Retail Sales Manager. A wireless industry veteran who served as regional director – Hawaii for T-Mobile USA from 1996 to 2006, Goss will manage Hawaiian Telcom’s eight retail stores statewide.

“Yvonne’s creative talents and energetic leadership will infuse our stores with excitement,” said Sue Berk, Executive Director – Retail Sales & Sales Operations Support. “Her knowledge and experience are key factors as we transform our stores into showcases for Hawaiian Telcom’s total communications vision, meeting every need from service to equipment to bill payment.”

Goss is also a professional entertainer whose extensive performance resume includes singing and dancing roles in productions by Diamond Head Theatre and Ohia Productions. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
