	Hawaiian Telcom's Lifeline Program Hawaiian Telcom is offering Lifeline/Link-Up Service for low-income residential customers who meet federal and/or state guidelines. Lifeline lets you stay connected with basic local phone service at a big discount off the regular monthly rate. You also will get a Link-up discount on installation charges if you meet the federal guidelines. more>>
