Walter A. Dods Jr. is chairman of the board, First Hawaiian Bank, a subsidiary of BancWest Corporation, a $74-billion bank holding company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired as chief executive officer of BancWest on December 31, 2004. BancWest's major subsidiaries are First Hawaiian Bank in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan; and Bank of the West in California and 15 other Western and Midwestern states. Raymond Ranelli Raymond Ranelli was formerly the Senior Client Services Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for the tri-state area of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland until his retirement in 2003. Prior to that appointment, he served as Global Leader of financial advisory services of PricewaterhouseCoopers, a $1.3 billion business operating in 20 countries with 7,000 employees. In 1994, he was named Vice Chairman of FAS operations for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States. Mr. Ranelli is also a director of United Surgical Partners International, United Components, Inc., and Centennial Communications Corp.
