Stephen F. Cooper – CEO
Stephen F. Cooper joined Hawaiian Telcom in January 2008, bringing more than 35 years of management leadership experience to the role. As CEO, he is focused on improving operations and growing the business through new product offerings. Mr. Cooper is chairman of Kroll Zolfo Cooper, a pre-eminent advisory and management firm, where he has an established track record of improving business operations for companies. He has worked with several leading telecommunications companies and has extensive experience improving business operations. His prior experience includes leading the restructuring of Liberty House department stores in Hawaii from 1998 until the company’s emergence from bankruptcy in 2001.

Kevin Nystrom – COO
Kevin Nystrom is responsible for overseeing all of Hawaiian Telcom’s operations and working closely with the company’s CEO to improve customer service. Mr. Nystrom is a senior director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, a pre-eminent advisory and management firm, where he has worked for more than seven years. He has advised and assisted clients in the telecom, financial services, manufacturing and transportation industries in designing and executing turnaround plans, developing reorganization plans, formulating business strategies, executing cost reduction programs, negotiating with key constituencies and evaluating business plans. more>> |

Loren Tobey,
Vice President and
CIO
Loren Tobey oversees Hawaiian Telcom’s information technology and systems integration areas. He is responsible for overall information technology strategy and direction, which includes engineering and implementing key technologies and systems to support and drive the business. Alan Oshima, Senior VP and General Counsel
Alan Oshima is responsible for overseeing the legal, regulatory and external affairs of Hawaiian Telcom. He was founding partner of the law firm, Oshima Chun Fong & Chung, LLP. He has extensive regulatory and legal experience and prior to joining Hawaiian Telcom had been serving as lead counsel in The Carlyle Group’s acquisition of Verizon Hawai'i. more>> |

Michael Brown, Senior VP - Sales and Marketing
Michael Brown is responsible for sales and marketing for Hawaiian Telcom’s products and services. He has been with the company since its launch in 2005 and has led various divisions, including the customer contact centers, retail stores, wholesale markets, public payphones, and sales operations. more>> |

Robert F. Reich - Senior VP and Interim Chief Financial Official
Robert F. Reich became Hawaiian Telcom’s Interim Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. As CFO, he oversees all financial operations, including treasury, financial analysis and reporting, corporate and regulatory accounting, tax and investor relations. more>> |
