Mr. Yeaman was formerly Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. Kevin Nystrom, COO
Kevin Nystrom is responsible for overseeing all of Hawaiian Telcom’s operations and working closely with the company’s CEO to improve customer service. Mr. Nystrom is a senior director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, a pre-eminent advisory and management firm, where he has worked for more than seven years. He has advised and assisted clients in the telecom, financial services, manufacturing and transportation industries in designing and executing turnaround plans, developing reorganization plans, formulating business strategies, executing cost reduction programs, negotiating with key constituencies and evaluating business plans. more>>

John T. Komeiji, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
In his role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, John Komeiji will be responsible for legal, government affairs, support services and external affairs at Hawaiian Telcom. He joined the company in July 2008. Mr. Komeiji comes to Hawaiian Telcom from Watanabe Ing & Komeiji LLP, where he served as senior partner. His practice focused in the litigation of complex commercial, personal injury and professional liability matters. more>>

Robert F. Reich, CFO
Robert F. Reich became Hawaiian Telcom’s Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. As CFO, he oversees all financial operations, including treasury, financial analysis and reporting, corporate and regulatory accounting, tax and investor relations. He is responsible for developing and implementing financial systems and reporting structures to ensure Hawaiian Telcom is a highly efficient provider of services and model of financial integrity. more>>

Michael Edl, Senior Vice President - Network Services
As Senior Vice President of Network Services, Mike Edl oversees numerous key functions, including Engineering, Planning and Construction, Network Reliability, Field Operations, Operations Support and Provisioning. He joined the company in August 2008. more>> 

Geoff Loui, Senior Vice President – Strategy and Marketing
Geoff Loui is responsible for the strategy and marketing of Hawaiian Telcom’s products and services. His role includes leadership of strategic planning efforts, development of new products and services, and oversight of marketing operations and process improvement to deliver revenue growth to Hawaiian Telcom. As Senior Vice President of Sales, Craig Inouye is in charge of business sales, retail stores, wireless, customer contact centers, public communications, equipment sales and wholesale markets at Hawaiian Telcom. more>> 

Rose Hauser, Senior Vice President and CIO
As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Rose Hauser is responsible for providing the leadership necessary to develop and implement IT solutions that address Hawaiian Telcom’s current back-office issues as well as support the delivery of new products and services. William Chung, Vice President of Human Resources & Labor Relations
In his role as Vice President of Human Resources & Labor Relations, Bill Chung oversees compensation, benefits, training & development, and labor relations. He joined the company in September 2008. Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Most recently he served as Vice President of Human Resources & Labor Relations at Hawaiian Tug & Barge/Young Brothers Ltd., where he has worked since 1990. Before that, he was the Director of Labor Relations at Hawaiian Electric Co. for three years. more>>
